How to return an item

Sometimes something just doesn't fit – no problem! I make the return process as easy as possible. Please follow these steps to ensure everything runs smoothly.

  • Return period: 14 days from receipt of goods
  • Conditions: Unopened and unused

How to return:

  1. Register your return using the form below
  2. You will receive a return label via email
  3. Pack the items securely (preferably in the original packaging)
  4. Send the package back to the specified address

Important: The return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Refund:

Once I have received the return, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method. Processing usually takes up to 7 working days after receipt of the package.
