How to return an item
Sometimes something just doesn't fit – no problem! We make the return process as easy as possible. Please follow the steps below to ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Return period: 14 days from receipt of goods
- Conditions: Unopened and unused
How to return:
- Register your return using our form below
- You will receive a return label by email
- Pack the items securely (preferably in their original packaging)
- Send the package back to the address provided
Important: You, the customer, bear the return shipping costs.
Refund:
Once we have received the return, we will refund the amount to your original payment method. Processing usually takes up to 7 business days after the package is received.
